This transaction is collateralized by 10 GSA Properties. The deal is comprised of three cross-collateralized first mortgage loans, all secured by properties that are 100% occupied by the US Government on long term leases. The Properties are located in various cities in Michigan, Ohio and Florida, and tenants include the Social Security Administration, Border Patrol, Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the IRS. Proceeds of the Loans were used to repay existing construction and bank debt on the Properties, and to provide a return of equity to the borrower.
