The portfolio consists of three Marriott hotels, located in Fullerton, CA, which is adjacent to California State University; Norcross in Atlanta, GA and Southfield in Detroit, MI. There are 671 rooms within the portfolio, and each of the hotels has demonstrated good operating history. Additionally, the sponsor will be implementing a property improvement plan of approximately $6,000,000 for various upgrades within the portfolio.
