SMC has provided a $10,700,000 loan for the refinance of Holmwood GSA portfolio. The portfolio is comprised of three single-tenant properties, all 100% occupied and backed by the U.S. Federal Government (Moody’s Aaa rating). The properties have staggered lease expirations, beyond the term of the loan. The properties are located in Jonesboro, AR; Port St. Lucie, FL; and Lorain, OH. All locations were strategically chosen by the government, and each property was specifically built out to the specifications of the GSA tenant. The loan is senior to a $1,500,000 mezzanine loan.
