The Subject is comprised of four non-contiguous buildings and represents a portion of the larger Centennial Center. The Subject consists of three pad sites and one in-line shop building. Louisville, CO is located approximately 20 miles northwest of Denver, CO just outside of Boulder, CO. The Subject is currently 94.2% occupied and has remained in excess of 81.0% occupied since 2011, per Trepp. Since 2013, four new leases totaling 15.8% of the GLA have been signed at the Subject.
