The Property was 91.6% leased to an attractive tenant roster of 18 tenants including leading companies in the defense, government, construction, and professional service industries, and is located within the Lake Wright Executive Center corporate campus. In addition to the restaurant and hotel amenities within the park, Lake Wright Executive Center is a short drive to other nearby business hubs such as Downtown Norfolk and Town Center in Virginia Beach and a five minute drive to the Norfolk airport located less than two miles away.
