The Property was originally developed in 2002 and was extensively renovated in 2016. The Subject serves as the corporate headquarters for Vertex, Inc. (“Vertex”). Vertex was founded in 1978 and is a privately held provider of integrated tax technology solutions for corporations worldwide, with a customer base of over 10,000 companies.
