The collateral is comprised of five, flex-industrial buildings totaling 105,184 SF located in Novi, MI, approximately 25 miles northwest of the Detroit CBD. The improvements were built between 1989 and 2000 and are comprised of approximately 75% office space and 25% research/warehouse space. At the time of closing, the occupancy was at 100%.
