Building amenities include higher-floor suites with sweeping, unobstructed views, building signage, all-hours building access, a conferencing facility, a ground-floor lobby with on-site dining, ATM banking, and a retail concourse that includes a convenience store, fitness center, a food court, mail room, and dry cleaning pick-up and drop-off center. The Subject has been extensively renovated since 2001, including a new office tower lobby interior build out, new HVAC boilers and chillers, new elevator cab interior finishes, new roofs for the office tower and first-floor retail corridor, all new cables and controls for select office tower elevators, two new ground-floor escalators, and a new asphalt applied to the parking lots.
