The Property is a three-story, 71-room, limited service hotel offering a business center, a health and fitness center, full sized kitchens, housekeeping and complimentary 24-hour laundry services. The hotel, which is located outside of Austin, TX, opened in November 2011. SMC’s Loan provided a return of equity to the Sponsor.
